In-app deletion
If you can access your account, open ModVala and go to Settings > Delete entire profile. Confirm the deletion request. This removes or schedules deletion of your account profile and linked app data, subject to retention limits below.
Email deletion request
If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address.

Subject: ModVala Account Deletion
Include your registered email, username if known, and a clear confirmation that you want your ModVala account deleted. We may verify account ownership before deletion.
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
AI and machine learning note
ModVala may use AI and machine learning technologies to support features such as mods recommendations, search ranking, community moderation assistance, and trip analysis. Automated systems do not make legally significant decisions about users without human oversight.
Data that may be deleted
- Account profile and social profile.
- Garage and vehicle profile data tied to your account.
- Profile photo, garage media, albums and album media linked to your account.
- Trip journals and saved/captured locations linked to your account.
- Community posts, comments, likes and follows where removal is technically and legally permitted.
Data that may be retained temporarily
Some information may remain for limited periods where needed for backups, security, fraud prevention, moderation logs, payment records, legal compliance, dispute handling, abuse prevention or platform integrity.
