ModVala is for respectful automotive enthusiasts, garage builders, riders, auto-rickshaw owners/operators and creators. Keep it useful, legal, safe and respectful.
AI and machine learning note
ModVala may use AI and machine learning technologies to support features such as mods recommendations, search ranking, community moderation assistance, and trip analysis. Automated systems do not make legally significant decisions about users without human oversight.
Allowed content
- Vehicle builds, garage photos, trip stories, maintenance logs and mod progress.
- Auto-rickshaw business/running-cost posts inside eligible communities.
- Helpful mod, maintenance, fuel, route, travel and cost discussions.
- Honest reviews of captured places, restaurants, hotels, fuel pumps or scenic stops.
Not allowed
- Harassment, hate, threats, bullying, abusive language or targeted attacks.
- Illegal street racing, reckless driving promotion, evading police or unsafe stunts.
- Content that promotes illegal vehicle modifications prohibited under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, or the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
- Sexual, explicit, violent, self-harm, exploitative or illegal content.
- Posting someone else's private information, exact home/work location, IDs, phone numbers, RC details or owner data without permission.
- Fake seller badges, counterfeit product promotion, scams or misleading pricing.
- Spam, mass promotion, irrelevant links or automated engagement.
- Copyright/trademark infringement or stolen photos/videos.
Blocking and reporting
ModVala may provide tools to block users, report user-generated content, and log moderation actions. Admins may use these records for Google Play review, safety investigations and legal compliance.
Moderation actions
ModVala admins and eligible community admins may approve, reject, hide, delete, edit labels, remove comments, remove members, ban users, restrict posting, verify sellers/mods and change community details.

To report content or appeal moderation, email pascoaldsouza28@gmail.com with the username, post/community name and reason. We will respond to reports and appeals within 14 days.
Copyright / IP Takedown Requests
If you believe content on ModVala infringes your intellectual property rights, email pascoaldsouza28@gmail.com with: (a) your name and contact, (b) identification of the infringing content, (c) your ownership claim, and (d) a statement that the complaint is made in good faith. ModVala will review and respond within 14 days.
