What you agree to when you subscribe
If you choose "Yes" for ModVala newsletters or promotions, you agree that ModVala may send emails about app updates, new features, automotive content, community highlights, offers, premium features, partner/seller updates, launch news and service announcements.
AI and machine learning note
ModVala may use AI and machine learning technologies to support features such as mods recommendations, search ranking, community moderation assistance, and trip analysis. Automated systems do not make legally significant decisions about users without human oversight.
Newsletter is optional
Newsletter subscription is optional. You can create and use a ModVala account even if you choose "No" for promotional emails. Important service, security, account, payment or policy emails may still be sent when necessary.
What data is used
We may use your email address, app language/region, vehicle category, premium status and basic engagement signals to send relevant ModVala updates. We do not sell your email address.
ModVala may use trusted third-party email service providers to send newsletters. These providers process your email address solely to deliver ModVala communications and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
TRAI compliance and communication preferences
ModVala's promotional communications comply with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations. You may register on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry to limit unsolicited communications.
How to unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe through an unsubscribe link in emails where available, in-app settings where available, or by emailing pascoaldsouza28@gmail.com with the subject "Unsubscribe ModVala Newsletter".
If you unsubscribe, ModVala will retain your email address on a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you again for promotional purposes. This record will not be used for any other purpose.
