Community reports
Abusive posts, privacy leaks, copyright issues, scams, illegal vehicle-modification content, unsafe driving content or moderation appeals.
Response timelines
ModVala will acknowledge privacy grievances within 72 hours and resolve them within 90 days, as required under DPDP Rules 2025 Rule 14(3).
Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days after verification. Community reports, moderation appeals and copyright/IP takedown requests will be reviewed within 14 days where reasonably possible.
AI and machine learning note
ModVala may use AI and machine learning technologies to support features such as mods recommendations, search ranking, community moderation assistance and trip analysis. Automated systems do not make legally significant decisions about users without human oversight.
What to include
- Your registered email or username.
- Device and app version if reporting a bug.
- Post/community/trip name, URL, screenshot or content details if reporting content.
- The action you want: deletion, correction, appeal, support or investigation.
Copyright / IP takedown requests
If you believe content on ModVala infringes your intellectual property rights, email pascoaldsouza28@gmail.com with your name and contact, identification of the infringing content, your ownership claim, and a good-faith statement about the complaint.
